Everything on your site looks fine and I see that your links are properly tracking.

Typically, our conversion rate is about 1 in 30.

You could also offer your visitors our discount coupons to maybe increase conversions.

Several questions:

Where do I find your discount coupons?. How do I promote them?.

Second, you are the only person I have contacted so far in ProExercise, but I find a serious difficulty with International shipments cost. You indicate in the shipment policies that all international shipments will be done "via Deutsche Post Global Priority Packet Service". Why do you use that postal service, aren’t you located in the USA?.

Additionally, you charge $25-30 in any shipment, and that is too much in products that cost $5-10. That kills the sale….. Could it be possible to offer second class US mail?. Many people prefer to have the product 2 or 3 weeks later that not to have it at all.

I need your help here. What is your name?, by the way.

I just checked on a site that uses the US Postal Service $9.95 for interneational shipments. That is a big difference.

I received an answer back from shipping. The reason they do not use US Post Office for International shipments is because of issues with tracking and insurance once the package leaves the US. They are currently looking alternative methods for international shipments.

I understand what they mean but since the difference is so big, more than $15.00 in a product costing $5-10.00, why not let the customer decide if he wants to take the risks?.

You could very well offer the 2 alternatives. I had never had a problem with US Mail. Probably, some people won’t take the risk but why kill the sale from the beginning just offering a $28.00 shipment?.

I see no logic in that.
