I see the term tossed around often, but what do affiliate managers consider a super affiliate to be?

I am a top 10 performer for several programs but do certain managers have different guidelines fr this term.

Just curious.

Our clients typically view a super affiliate as an affiliate in the top 5% of revenue generators for their program(s) over at least a 3 month period.

what exactly this affiliate marketing all about. do i have to pay to become an affiliate, what are the earnings pattern. how much time do i have to devote daily to become an affiliate.
i saw this ad, just look below, how trustworthy are they?

Typically it is free to sign up (if it is not, you should avoid the program). The time you put in is up to you. The more time, usually the more you earn.
