It's good to be back on this forum.

My name is Martyn and I am the deputy affiliate manager for Betfred.com. We currently have our own in house affiliate program and are also in the process of setting up a couple of networks too!

If we have any sportsbook, poker and casino affiliates out there I would love to hear from you.

To give a bit about Betfred, we are considered as the 4th largest high street bookmaker and have been running since 1965. As a relatively new internet brand we are looking to build the brand and reward affiliates.

At the moment we have 2 affiliate managers so if you have any questions regarding your account we will be able to respond quickly.

Do you know what the legal status is for American affiliates promoting casino programs if they live in states where casinos are illegal?

How long has the Betfred.com affiliate program been around? how are its conversions compared to other casino programs?

Also does it offer commissions for the life of the member like many other similar programs?

Its good to be back on such a friendly board. As far as i am aware there is no problem promoting gambling as you are not actually taking part in the gambling process yourself.

If you are still unsure and want to check out the laws regarding this you may want to check it out with the state laws where you live. We do have American clients who are actively promoting Betfred and thus far there seems to be no problems.

InfinitySystems, our affiliate program has been running only 4 months now but as we are not pushing it yet it is doing very well for us in the number of new affiliates and the number of new accounts opened. Our sportsbook affiliate program will also be up soon allowing our affiliates to make even more money!

If you are interested in our sportsbook, email us on affiliates@betfred.comand let me know, and then i can contact you once it is up and running. In the meantime, get ourselves signed up to our poker and casino program.

Regards the commission we are offering 25% on the lifetime of the player you refer, making this a great, high commission program.

With regards to your question about our conversions, with us being new in the online arena I do not have any concrete figures to mention as they have been affected by testing the program and us passing through test and example accounts. It would be wrong for me to quote any figures at this stage as they inaccurate, but I will however say I think from the uptake so far that it will be an extremely profitable program.
