Hi, there are lots of sites on net that provide Ready-Made WordPress themes. I know one among of them called motiontheme.com that provides Top Quality work to their customers and offer clear support and help in case if needed. I also bought a theme last week from here and I got nice view of my site via their theme. It really Perfect base for your startup or running blog. I agree with Maggie (btw - welcome Maggie). There are plenty of free wordpress themes and paid ones out there (like at templatemonster.com).

You can also easily modify the provided default theme by going into the theme folder and changing the php code.

Yes, i usually try to do the code for all the parts of my web sites. That makes it so I can be more flexible with the layout, etc.
