What happens if one of my merchants has low funds? I see this in the stats. Does that mean if I send them a new sale or lead I may not get paid?

When a Shareasale merchant reaches a $0 balance, they are taken offline. The "Low Funds" warning is simply to let affiliates know that they are approaching that mark. Merchants, for the most part, will replenish their accounts and no disruption will occur.

What happens if I don't remove the links and their balance goes to zero. Will the links be redirected somewhere else?

They will go to a "Not Active" page.

If you have "Full" access as an account holder at ShareASale - you can customize a redirect back to your site with info on which merchant caused the bad link... so you can make changes on the fly, etc... Check you Account Settings ...
