Not sure about Mike but I would create my own otherwise your site will just get killed as being duplicate content by Google.

I always think it's best to have your own web site. You know all the codes thus when something goes wrong you know how to solve the problem. If you're into Affiliate Marketing then the most that you can have are DYNAMIC LINKS to make things easier.

What maddog is speaking of is if google sees 2 sites the same they get dumped in the rankings. Since all the ready made sites would be the same you can not expect to do well in the Search Engines.
