Do you have to reside in the UK to join? do they send checks to the US in dollars?

No, we are a part of this program and we are based in the US. The checks are in English Pounds but most banks will convert. Besides the exchange rate is around 1.8 Dollars to the pound. Keep this in mine when looking at commission payouts - they are higher than they seem once converted.
